In our pursuit for quality innovative medical devices and ensure all governance are adhered, UIRTIUS was certified with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD).

With the GDPMD certificate, we have been accredited & certified in dealing with medical devices and have put in place a quality distribution system in our organization. By doing this the quality of the medical devices are maintained throughout the storage and distribution process for all government and private hospitals, clinics and for clients with clean room environments as well.

With the certification on GDPMD, UIRTIUS have also obtained Medical Establishment License from Medical Device Authority of Malaysia. This license gives us the approval from the government of Malaysia under the Ministry of Health to Import and Distribute medical devices that is being brought in from other countries. Most of our medical devices are imported from USA, Japan, Turkey, Korea and other European countries. Currently, UIRTIUS is actively promoting quality and innovative medical devices to all government & private hospitals and clinics in Malaysia for the sole purpose to enhance quality on healthcare for all human race.

Karen Thangarajoo is the founder and CEO of UIRTIUS. She has extensive knowledge in the medical industry for more than 15 years. Previously prior to setting up UIRTIUS, she was the director with another medical company in Malaysia since 2012. Karen have extensive in-dept knowledge in the area of Sales and Marketing and have trained and guided many local successful sales representative in the industry. She is also instrumental in acquiring and have won many government tenders to supply medical devices to many government hospitals.
